    • Medically Fragile in-home nursing support care program and caretaker assistance with professional staff that are all certified and/or licensed CNA's LPN's or RN.
  •   Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP)
    • Children that require home nursing care who are  eligible for this Medicaid program (medically qualified children under the age of 21) can apply for GAPP at any time and must meet the same level of care necessary for admission to a hospital or skilled nursing facility. 
    • We act as agents on behalf of families to sign up for GA waiver programs as well!
